1. General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the a888o platform and all its members. By accessing or using the a888o website (https://a888o.app), mobile application, or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall be considered final. a888o reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and members will be notified of updates via email or SMS.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To register with a888o, the following requirements must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A valid mobile number is required
• A valid active email address is required
• A valid Bangladeshi National ID (NID) or Birth Registration Certificate is required
• No prior record of financial fraud or betting manipulation

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold a maximum of one a888o account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be cancelled and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. The system automatically detects attempts to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or mobile number.

2.3 KYC Verification

All members must complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal. This requires photos of both the front and back of your NID, along with a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

3. Betting Rules & Restrictions

3.1 Bet Placement

Keep the following in mind when placing bets on a888o:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — bets can only be settled using the cash-out feature
• Bets placed due to a system error or technical fault will be considered void
• A888o reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns
• In the event of an odds error, a888o reserves the right to recalculate at the correct odds

3.2 Match Cancellation or Abandonment

If a match is cancelled or postponed, the full stake for the affected bet will be refunded. For live bets, the decision will be based on the percentage of the match already completed.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

You can deposit at a888o using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or card payment. Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Any payment issues are automatically refunded.

4.2 Withdrawal

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Wagering Requirement

Most bonuses require a specific wagering requirement to be met. For example, a 100% welcome bonus typically requires 5× wagering — meaning if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳5,000 before making a withdrawal.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• Multiple bonuses cannot be activated at the same time
• Bonus bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher

• A888o reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer as needed

5.2 Referral Bonus

Refer a friend and both of you earn a bonus. The referral bonus activates once your referred friend deposits at least ৳500 and completes their first bet. Referrals from members of the same household or the same device are not eligible for the bonus.

6. Responsible Gaming Policy

A888o believes betting is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial hardship. To that end, we provide the following safeguards for our members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Bet Limit: Cap the maximum bet amount within a set time period
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you want to bet in a single session
• Self-Exclusion: Put your account on a self-imposed break for anywhere from 7 days up to 6 months
• Permanent Closure: You may request permanent account closure at any time

7. Security & Privacy

• Always log out when using an unfamiliar device
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify the support team immediately

8. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

A888o may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Registration with false information
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse or Manipulation
• Suspicion of Money Laundering
• Exploiting platform technical glitches
• Misconduct toward other members

You have the right to appeal against a suspension decision. Email our support team and you will receive a response within 48 hours.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

In any dispute regarding betting outcomes, a888o's decision shall be considered final. However, where a member provides sufficient supporting evidence, the case may be reviewed.

10. Terms Amendment Policy

A888o may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via SMS or email. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may request account closure.
